Wedgworth’s Inc. is excited for the opportunity to work with our customers on the AgLogic 15GG aldicarb in the citrus application season ahead. In anticipation of the FDACS label approval within the next few weeks, we wanted to provide you with some next steps as you plan to make your first purchases.
First, the FDACS Intent to Apply form will be a critical first step in getting your growers state approval permit to apply AgLogic 15GG aldicarb. This form can be found by going to www.aglogicchemical.com/citrus. Once you are on the page, scroll down to the “How to Apply to Use AgLogic 15GG in Florida“. Please complete this form and email it to Dale Dubberly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The permit application can be accessed here: Aldicarb-Permit-Application
In addition to this form, AgLogic will require Stewardship Questionnaires to be completed by growers and applicators before handling or selling the product. The questionnaires can be found through CNI’s website at https://cniag.com/divisions/aglogic
AgLogic has assigned county field monitors to assist in the Stewardship process. The county field monitor assignments can be found here:
We would also like to share The Southwest Florida Water Management District interactive map with well permits that are geo tagged. As growers begin the application process this may prove to be an additional resource: https://www31.swfwmd.state.fl.us/maps/pages/viewer_wcp.html?_ga=2.71850387.1253111962.1611326003-1730585016.1611326003
